Reservation

Please use our online booking system on the website to schedule an appointment.

Deposit

A deposit of £80 is required for all appointments and can be deducted from the treatment cost. This deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation or rescheduling is notified at least 72 hours in advance.

Appointment

When you arrive at the clinic, our receptionist will welcome you and provide you with a medical questionnaire. Completing this form with detailed health information helps us understand your needs better. After you finish, your doctor will review it before calling you in for consultation.

Confirmation Process

Before your appointment, you will receive an email with information about your treatment. We prioritize providing our patients with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their care.

Consultation

During the consultation, we discuss physiology, research, and best practice guidelines in depth. You'll receive a personalized treatment plan detailing each procedure, possible outcomes, care, and associated costs. Your practitioner will talk through the treatment with you and answer any questions.

Patch Test

Some laser treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours before the procedure. This helps determine the most effective treatment level and ensures settings do not cause adverse skin reactions. If possible, the patch test is done during the consultation; otherwise, a separate appointment may be necessary.

Note: For hyaluronidase injections, the patch test is performed 10 minutes before the procedure. Other treatments like botulinum toxin injections or dermal fillers do not require a patch test.

Photography

As part of our clinic policy, pre- and post-treatment photos are taken for confidential record keeping, not for marketing purposes. These photos help assess the effectiveness of treatment. If you would like a copy, please email us.

Note: Occasionally, with patient consent, we may film or photograph parts of the treatment for clinic use, always obtaining your approval first.

Aftercare

Following your treatment, we provide information on caring for the treated area and maintain regular contact to monitor your progress. Our comprehensive follow-up ensures you receive ongoing support after your treatment.
